Rich McGrath is a mortgage loan originator, as well as a licensed real estate agent with more than 10 years of sales experience. He has an extensive knowledge of residential home purchases, in addition to commercial property, investment property, and business brokerage. He prides himself on focusing his attention on the customer’s needs with excellent communication skills to provide his clients with a stress-free home financing experience. Rich is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. He attended the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in International Business. Rich is an avid photographer and has lived and traveled all over the world.
